Kepak recalls Big Al products over undeclared allergens

Kepak’s frozen division is recalling three varieties of its Big Al’s chicken products as they contain mustard and/or milk, which are not declared on the labels. 

This means the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to mustard and/or an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents

No other Kepak Frozen Division retail products are known to be affected. 

The three skus are:

Variety: Big Al’s Chicken Dippers (378g)

'Best before' date(s): Oct 2018

Undeclared allergens: mustard

Variety: Big Al’s Chicken Chunks (377g)

'Best before' date(s): Nov 2018 and Jan 2019 and Feb 2019

Undeclared allergens: mustard

Variety: Big Al’s Chicken Goujons (400g)

'Best before' date(s): Dec 2018

Undeclared allergens: mustard, milk
