BDCI dinner sells out
The champagne will be flowing on Friday with news that the annual charity extravaganza, the BDCI dinner, is a sell-out.
More than 1,300 people are expected to attend the dinner, a date that has proven to be a highlight in the meat industry calendar.
This year’s chairman, Carsten Jakobsen, has pulled out all the stops to provide a first-rate line-up of entertainment for the evening, which will include Jools Holland, Alyson Moyet and compere for the night Chris Evans.
The black-tie dinner, which aims to raise money for the less fortunate within the meat industry, takes place at the Grosvenor House hotel, London.
