Red Tractor pork promoted for Chinese food market

Bpex, the English pork board, has developed a series of promotional literature to promote Red Tractor pork in Chinese cookery.

The material consists of an A5-sized leaflet and on-pack labels that highlight the five key features associated with the Red Tractor pork logo, which are food safety, animal welfare, environmental protection, guarantee of origin and managed quality controls.

Bpex hopes that wholesalers and suppliers to Chinese restaurants take advantage of the free material, to help their customers understand the advantages from choosing Quality Assured pork – and adding a real point of difference to their menus.
