The summer point-of-sale kit promotes rustic lamb chunkies, flat iron steaks and centre cut steaks, and highlights recipe ideas for each cut. It includes two large posters, one message poster, three product specification sheets and cabinet cards, as well as 100 recipe cards for each suggested cut and 80 copies of the latest ‘Simply’ beef and lamb recipe book.
The kits will be sent automatically to members of the Quality Standard scheme, as well as butchers registered to receive Eblex promotional material.
Eblex retail project manager Mike Whittemore said: “We’ve been very lucky with the weather so far this year, so many butchers will already be selling a host of barbecue cuts and products. The recipes in our summer kit will complement and add value to independent retailers’ ranges and we’re sure that those butchers who signed up to receive our kits will be delighted with the content.”
