Entries urged as British Sausage Week competition deadline looms
Bpex is encouraging sausage makers to enter the British Sausage Week (BSW) competition, with the closing date for entries this Friday.
As the competition draws closer, Bpex confirms that entries have been “rolling in” from sausage makers from different sectors including butchers, retailers and branded manufacturers.
There is still time to throw in a traditional pork sausage, new pork sausage discovery or other sausages, with three days remaining before entries close.
The finalists of the competition will be invited to a presentation event in London before BSW begins.
