Co-operative to launch new BBQ and Summer Eating products
The Co-operative is extending, updating and improving its barbecue range for Spring/Summer 2008, as well as launching many new Summer Eating products.
The new barbecue range will include new Tennessee BBQ Thighs and Ribs, Hoi Sin Drumsticks, Sweet Chilli Chicken Kebabs, new-flavour Chicken Thighs & Drumsticks, and a new-recipe Minted Lamb Shish Kebab.
The Co-operative is also introducing several new products into its premium Truly Irresistible barbecue range, including an Aberdeen Angus Burger with Vintage Farmhouse Cheddar, an Aberdeen Angus Beef Sausage, a Salmon Lemon & Coriander Burger and a Cumberland Sausage.
Earlier this month, The Co-operative introduced a range of frozen barbecue products into its Summer Eating range, making it easy for customers to have impromptu barbecues when the British sun decides to shine. The products include Hickory Glazed BBQ Pork Ribs and Spicy Lamb Kofka Kebabs.
