National Butchers’ Week enters full swing

We’re nearing the halfway point of National Butchers’ Week 2016 and we want to know what you’ve been up to during the event.

Butchers up and down the country have been celebrating in a variety of exciting and innovative ways, all in an effort to promote the trade and encourage shoppers to buy local.

Barbecoa in London, owned by internationally renowned chef Jamie Oliver, supported the event this year by putting on a butchery masterclass to educate and inform staff members and the public about where their meat comes from.
