The Topping Pie Company launches new products
Yorkshire-based The Topping Pie Company is set to launch a ‘deli to go’ range, using premium-quality British Red Tractor pork meat.
Due to be unveiled at this year’s Farm Shop & Deli Show from 18-20 April 2016, the products will be launched under The Topping Pie Company’s new Maggie’s sub brand.
The 190g chilli pork pie, 190g traditional pork pie, 190g family pork pie, half huntsman pork pie (210g), half Yorkshire farmers pork pie (210g) and two varieties of quiche – cheese and onion and quiche Lorraine – are the new products to be launched under the Maggie’s brand.
“As farm shops, independent delis and speciality retailers become ever more competitive, they are looking for quality products that give food to go counters a real point of difference,” said Matthew Topping, sales director at The Topping Pie Company.
“We believe our new Maggie’s range will appeal to foodies looking for a wholesome, homemade snack or lunch on the go and with our brightly coloured packaging will catch the eye of customers.”
A new colour-coded packaging designed for the company’s speciality pork pie range, featuring the contemporary new logo and imagery of the bakery, will also be launched.
